In two hotels (Plaza and Alteora) situated at a walking distance (200 m) of the CNAM-IFMI building, rooms with special rates have been negotiated for PBII&D2013 attendees.

Because of the large number of tourists at the workshop period, the rooms' availability is not guaranteed by the hotels and the PBII&D attendees are invited to book their room as soon as possible.

Other hotels on the Futuroscope Technopole

Other hotels are available on the Futuroscope Technopole. However, they are slightly farther (15-20 min by walking – 1 to 1.5 km) of the CNAM-IFMI building.

Hotels in the downtown of Poitiers

Hotels in the downtown of Poitiers are not recommended because no specific transportation will be provided to the workshop held in the Futuroscope Technopole. Attendees taking a room there will have to take everyday the bus (line 1 - Vitalis company), with ~ 25 min transportation. No such bus is available in the late evening (after 22:20 PM).
