Registration Fees

 

Registration fees include:

1) Inscription and access to the Workshop, the conference materials (abstract book...), and coffee breaks.

2) 4 lunches (Tuesday to Friday), The Welcome Party on Monday evening, "Wines and Cheeses" party on Tuesday evening, afternoon and evening access to Futuroscope park on Wednesday evening, coach transportation to Poitiers touristic tour and banquet on Thursday evening.

Registration Fees Payment

The final registration and the payment of the inscription fees are operated in another website : http://dr08.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/.

We apologize for the required informations that you may have already enter previously and that will be asked to you once again.

To register, please follow the following process:

  1. Go to  the website  : http://dr08.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/.
  2. In "Conferences Registration", choose the French or English version.
  3. Among the various proposed conference, choose the link "Pre-Registration" in the PBII&D2013 line.
  4. Fill in the proposed form concerning your personal data and your organization data. In the field "You are…", choose "Researcher" or "Student" (or "Other" for accompanying person)
  5. Validate the form by clicking "OK".
  6. You have then to wait for the email confirming the validation of your pre-registration. This is not automatic and may take few days.

  7. Follow the link provided by the pre-registration email that you have received, or go back to the points 1 to 3 and choose "Confirm a pre-registration".
  8. Fill in the "Extra-information" form and click "Next Step". The Departure and Arrival dates may be approximative if you don't know them exactly.
  9. The data of your organization are then displayed. Click "Next Step"
  10. In "Payment" page, choose the adequate answer to define the data to be present on the invoice (that is your personal name or another name)
  11. In "Invoice", choose Category as "Student" or "Regular attendee" or "Accompanying Person". The indicated fees take into account the reduction for registration before May, 15th 2013. The proposed supplements and reduction are only for exhibiting industrials or people especially invited by the organizing committee. Validate the page.
  12. The "Invoice Detail" is then shown and you have to define your "Online Payment".
  13. After payment by credit card, an invoice and a receipt will  be sent to you by email.
  14. By choosing "bank transfert" or "Check", you will receive a "pre-purchase order" by email. Then, two possibility:
    1. this document is enough for your institution to make the payment directly : send back the "pre-pruchase order" with the indication of your payment (check included or bank transfer performed). Once the payment is received, an invoice is sent to you by email.
    2. your institution need to make a purchase order to be able to pay your registration fees: send back the "pre-purchase order" to the indicated address with the corresponding purchase order edited by your institution. You will then get back a corresponding "invoice to pay", enabling your institution to proceed to the payment by bank transfert or check within 45 days. Once the payment is received, an invoice is sent to you by email. Once the payment is received, an invoice is sent to you by email.
  15. Finish the process
