PBII&D 2013 Workshop Location
The PBII&D 2013 Workshop will be held in the Futuroscope Technopole, in the CNAM-IFMI building, 10 km in the North of Poitiers (France), within walking distance of the Futuroscope Park.

City or art and of history, Poitiers is a picturesque town in west central France and is the capital of the Vienne department and of the Poitou-Charentes region. Its downtown is renowned for heritage of ancient architecture – especially of the Romanesque period – and the memories of great historical events. The Futuroscope Technopole
Situated at 10 km north from Poitiers, the Futuroscope Technolopole was created 25 years ago and is covering a large area in the vicinity of the entertainment Futuroscope Park. In addition to the attractions park dedicated to the future technologies, it includes a large number of hotels and restaurants, a high school (Lycée Pilote Innovant), a TGV railway station, many communication and services companies, the aeronautics and aerospatiale engineers school ISAE-ENSMA, several high level teaching buildings (SP2MI, CNAM-IFMI, CNED, ESEN, Juripole) and research laboratories of the University of Poitiers (Institut P', X-Lim-SIC, LAII, LMA,…)

At the PBII&D workshop period (July 1-5), the summer season is beginning in Poitiers, with long daylight (6:00 AM – 10h30 PM), usually with very pleasant and comfortable temperatures (20°C-30°C) and sun shinning weather. Some raining period may occur with some storms.
